Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little bit of work in order to get started, including creating an account on the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though the robot is able to begin mopping and vacuuming with ease.

It's important to note that the mapping process may take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has an accurate image of your room. Additionally the detection of objects can be difficult to determine; it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to flip it over to get free. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those who need an all-purpose cleaning tool that can do it all.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete offers a three-in-1 home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbing. This results in floors being cleaned and not just cleaned. The vacuum stick that can be detached is a game changer that can reach places even robot vacuums best vacuums cannot.

This model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa and other clever features. Its operating noise level is also high, so this model might not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.

As with most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on an ongoing basis. Eufy's app allows you to manage all of its functions. It gives clear information and plenty of configuration options.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot vacuums/mowers available, and it provides an impressive mix of mopping and vacuuming performance. The docking station that is all-in-one functions as a hands-free maintenance center which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station comes with an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, which allows for 7 weeks of uninterrupted maintenance.

A few hundred dollars cheaper than the S8 and this robot does a bang-up job of keeping my home office tidy and is able to take on the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to build an outline of your space, so it knows where not to go. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop), unlike many vacuums.

It also comes with other highlights, such as an automatic emptying dustbin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can reach places that other mops can't reach. You can also set cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room in your home.

Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between laminate, carpets and hardwood with high-pile rugs. It can also skip mopping rooms that are not filthy if you're trying to save time. It's an excellent option if you have a mix of flooring in your home but aren't looking to spend the extra money for Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this little robot is a great option. It comes with a wide range of features that include a self-emptying dustbin and a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's quite quiet, and it's able to navigate around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. It's not able to take care of tangled rug tassels, and its battery drains slightly more quickly than other models we tested in our tests.

With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and handy automation into a sleek. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it did very well. It comes with a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. It can even be programmed to automatically remove and replace mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in small spaces. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it is a great choice for navigating tight spots. It is also very good at removing pet hair from carpeting.

It's smaller than the majority of its competition, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has decent suction power and can be programmed to take photos of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as 'not found' to ensure that they will not be removed in future cleanings. The photos are secure, and aren't tied to your account.

It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't as effective at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that are clipped to the bottom of the bot, and it basically drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
