If you're looking to buy a robot vacuum that also mops then this is the model you should go for. It's smaller than the other options and makes it easier to maneuver into tight corners or under furniture. It features a 220 degree lidar, which when combined with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it some of the most effective navigation and obstacle avoidance I've ever seen in a robot vacuums with mop vacuum. It's powered by a 4600mAh battery that can last for up to 170 minutes if mopping and sucking is set to standard mode. (It can be more efficient when using turbo). It can even return to the dock to replenish its battery part way through a clean.

It's quick and does an excellent job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It can vacuum carpeted rooms fast, and hardwood floors in the living room, kitchen, and hallways with just one pass. Its 8,000pa motor is able to clean dirt as well as pet hair and poop easily. Carpet detection increases power automatically when it encounters rugs and the dual side brushes help pull out dirt from corners.

The mopping efficiency is less impressive, though not by a lot. The mop's rotating motor spins at a high rate and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, easily cleaning up dirt and stains. I've also noticed that the front arms extend out a bit more than other robots, which is helpful to maneuver around tight corners and along baseboards. The only downside is that the S1 Pro must use a proprietary cleaning solution for mopping, and is sold separately from the vacuum. It is simple to install, and it works well. However, if you are buying this robot vacuum for mopping purposes, you will need to pay attention to this.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo stands apart from the majority of robot vacuums that mop in its class. It is a powerful machine for cleaning with a variety of features.

The X1 Omni is the most expensive robot vacuum that mops in our review, however it also has distinctive features that are worth considering. The X1 Omni's most appealing feature is its huge dock that doubles as the robot's charging base as well as housing for two 4 liter water tanks, a cleaning sink as well as the 2.5-liter dust bin that automatically emptys.

The base comes with a couple of buttons for control that allow you to manually start a cleaning task, recall the robot or run the dock's automatic emptying procedure. Another potential downside is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming modes during a cleaning session. You'll have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't that bad, except that the mopping pad doesn't get washed or dried between uses. This can cause mildew and mold.

On the positive side it's worth noting that the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot, thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who came up with its modern, sleek base and mopping pad apparatus. It's a significant change from the utilitarian black bases of competitors like Roborock and iRobot and is a refreshing appearance in a market that is dominated by bulky boxy models.
