Lightest Double Stroller

If you're looking for a light double-stroller that folds, the dimensions and weight are key aspects to take into consideration. Selecting a stroller that is easy to handle and compact when not in use will make it easier to fit in the trunk of your car and maneuver through airport security and other foreign streets.

The tray for parents and children and a large storage basket and a 3-tiered canopy with windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.

The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to its thin feel, hard plastic seats and a design that feels old-fashioned. It's also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This is a bad option for those seeking the cheapest option.

While it's not the most light double stroller, it comes with enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with ease unlike many other light strollers that veer off course when trying to accomplish the same thing. The Cloud's low handle is a disadvantage however, as it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's not easy to push it while your legs hang in this manner. And the absence of padding does not make it any easier.

In our tests, we discovered the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. It's a little more difficult to close the cloud, however. You must slide a slider before you press a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids at the same time.

The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that will be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however you'll probably need to put something in to reach the back to retrieve it. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and children with two cup holders each, but they're too narrow to accommodate larger cups or bottles.

It has a lot of luxurious details that make it ideal for travel. It has a super simple fold, is extremely maneuverable and can be tucked away in airplane overhead compartments and trunks easily.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ double buggy newborn or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct differences. It's also a bit more expensive, but it offers better maneuverability and has the largest sun canopy. It has a convenient strap for carrying and can be used by children who weigh up to 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller with lots of features. It's not only crazy lightweight at 13 lbs but also has plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket and a parent storage pocket and much more. This stroller can also be used with a child's chair and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easily engaged. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children aged 6 months and older.

Another thing to note about this stroller is that it has swivel wheels and doesn't have locking features, so it might not be the best choice for rocky or hilly terrain. It's a great stroller for sidewalks that are paved and other smooth surfaces, so it's still an excellent option for most families.
